For the dust collection of multiple exhaust points, air volume and air pressure measuring holes shall be set at the straight pipe section of the inlet and outlet pipes of each branch pipe, dust remover and ventilator, and at the places where the air flow of the exhaust chimney is bumpy. Dust sampling holes with a diameter of no less than 80mm shall be set at the inlet and outlet pipes of the dust remover and the turbulence of the air flow in the straight section of the branch pipe for measuring the dust concentration. Where dust sampling holes are set, air volume and air pressure measurement holes will not be set repeatedly.
According to the practical requirements and combined with the micro operation conditions, the centralized control or contact lock with the relevant process equipment can be used for dust removal. The ordinary dust removal parts shall be started before the process equipment is started and closed after the process equipment is stopped. For the high degree of automation, the dust can be sequentially controlled by the gas control equipment and the corresponding process equipment, which is convenient for the micro operators to control. However, the control switch is installed beside the ventilation and dust removal equipment.
For large-scale dust removal, instruments for measuring air volume, air pressure, temperature, dust concentration and other parameters can be set according to the detailed conditions.
For large-scale centralized dust removal, if necessary, monitoring can be set. When the emission parameters exceed the standard, the alarm signal can be recovered.
The detection power supply shall be designed for large and medium-sized dust collectors.
Ventilation and dedusting engineering system
In the design of dust removal, a certain maintenance space, device holes, hanging equipment, walking platform, ladder, manhole and lighting equipment should be reserved, which is necessary for construction, micro operation and maintenance.
For the large-scale centralized dust removal, if necessary, the machine room and instrument micro operation room can be set up, and the centralized micro operation management for the debris can be stopped.
When the equipment and pipeline pass through the platform, holes shall be reserved. A boss shall be set around the hole which is higher than the platform. The diameter of the hole is 20-80mm. The place where the pipeline passes through the platform is easy to be corroded. If necessary, a section of metal waterproof casing can be added on the waterproof boss.
There shall be maintenance power supply and water source in the air of large and medium-sized dust collectors.
