不平衡报价法也叫前重后轻法。不平衡报价是指一个工 程项目的招标报价,在总价根本断定后,如何调整内部各个项目的报价,以期既不进步总价,不影响中标,又能在结算时得到更理想的经济效益。一般可以在以下几个方面考虑选用不平衡报价法。
